Community sign-in uses your email, verified with a temporary code. Contact enquiries involve your first and last name, email, phone number and message. Required fields are needed to use the relevant forms. The form requires a phone number for possible follow-up; this is not a legal requirement. The legal basis is provision of the requested service and any pre-contractual steps. Registration and enquiries do not subscribe you to promotional communications.

The microphone and optional camera are activated only at your request and after device permission. Recordings are prepared on your device and sent to the website only when you choose to save them. Publication requires a separate choice and your consent: the shared page shows your chosen display name, the song and recording, not your email. You can withdraw publication in your personal area. Anyone receiving a public link can play or copy the content: removing it from this website does not remove copies already shared on social platforms. Only publish your own performance and people who have agreed to recording and publication.

Accounts and favourites are retained while you use the service or until you request deletion. Unpublished private recordings are deleted after 7 days; published recordings remain until withdrawal or deletion, unless removed for abuse. Messages are retained for the time needed to address the enquiry and any resulting obligations. Security data are kept for limited periods; backups follow their overwrite cycle. Hosting and email providers may process data to deliver the service; data are not sold to third parties. No automated decisions with legal effects on users are made. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability, or withdraw publication consent, using the contact form. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority.

Pages may embed YouTube or Spotify players: loading a player connects your browser to that platform, which may receive technical data and process them under its own notice, including outside the European Economic Area under safeguards stated by the provider. Opening external links and sharing to social platforms are your choices; the terms and privacy notices of those platforms also apply.
