BEHIND THE SONG

How it began.

With “Bass Command”, I wanted to do something very simple: create a dance track that makes you want to move from the very first seconds.

I wasn't looking for a complicated story or a hidden meaning behind the lyrics. I wanted the rhythm to lead everything, with a strong bassline and enough energy to keep the track moving from beginning to end.

I enjoy working with music technology and exploring what it makes possible. This time, my focus was on finding the right balance between bass, rhythm, and vocals, without adding unnecessary elements.

The lyrics follow the same idea. They're about letting go, not worrying about what other people think, and experiencing music in your own way.

The title, “Bass Command”, says it all: when the bass kicks in, it takes control.

It's the kind of track that doesn't need much explanation. Just play it through a good sound system, turn up the volume, and enjoy it.
